How AI auto-resolutions are counted

An AI auto-resolution is a ticket the AI agent answers and closes without a person sending the reply. The monthly volume is pooled: a workspace with 10 Team seats has 1,500 auto-resolutions to share across the whole team each month.

  • Drafts that an agent reviews and sends never count.
  • A ticket the customer reopens after an auto-resolution goes back to your team and counts once.
  • The volume renews with every billing month.
  • When the pool runs out, the agent keeps drafting replies and hands tickets to your team. Moving to a higher plan raises the pool.

Help desk pricing questions

Yes. The demo on the homepage shows how the agent classifies, routes and drafts a reply for a message you choose. Paid plans start at $29 per agent per month.

Anyone who replies to tickets or works the queue. Customers and people who only read reports do not need a seat.

No. One workspace runs on one plan, so every agent works with the same features and the same AI pool.

The new seat is charged pro rata for the rest of the billing period, and your pooled AI volume grows with it.

No. There are no credit packs or top-ups. A larger AI volume comes with a higher plan, or a custom volume on Enterprise.

You pay for the year up front at the lower yearly rate, about 17 percent below monthly. Seats added during the year are charged pro rata to the end of it.

Yes. Monthly plans stop at the end of the current month and yearly plans at the end of the paid year. You can export your tickets and articles before you go.

By card on every plan. Enterprise can pay by invoice with a purchase order.
